I have just restarted my computer, tried fixing Easy Anti-Cheat as well as reinstalling it, reinstalled rust and none of that has worked. I had also just restarted my computer incase anything was running in the background and that doesn't seem to work. I have tried repairing EAC through the setup within easy anti cheat. I have even tried replacing the MSCVR120 file, and still no use. It is really aggravating since I cannot play 7DTD, Rust, and other steam games that uses EAC. With 7DTD, I can run the game without the use of EAC, but I would like to play on the online servers as well. Just went to fire up rust and I'm getting the easy anti cheat message: Game security violation detected (#0000000D) AsrPolychromeRGB.exe I've had the RGB software forever and it's never kept me from playing rust. Try to reinstall VAC (Uninstall Easy Anti Cheat from Windows Program List) then go to C:Program Files (x86)SteamSteamLibrarySteamAppscommonRustEasyAntiCheat and find the EAC Installer and install it. /scrabble-cheat-board-saved-games.html. Then check the game cache integrity (Right Clic on Rust in your Steam Games List Propieties Local Files Tab) Try if works. To do so navigate to the 'EasyAntiCheat' folder inside of the game's installation folder and locate 'EasyAntiCheatSetup.exe'. Launch it as administrator and choose 'Install'. If your Easy Anti-Cheat installation becomes corrupted somehow, you can repair it by following the same steps and choosing 'Repair' at the end.

This is one way to fix the 'Easy Anti Cheat not Detected' which prevents the game from opening.

Manually Installing Easy Anti Cheat

One way to fix this issue is to manually install Easy Anti Cheat if for some reason it didn't automatically install itself (Like with my game).
Go to: SteamsteamappscommonRising Storm 2BinariesWin64EasyAntiCheat
And start the program EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe (This installation requires administrator access).
Open up the tab and scroll down to Rising Storm 2 (it's in alphabetical order) or type in Rising Storm 2.
Click Install and just go through the installation steps. Then just re-open RS2 and that should be it.
Of course, there could be cases where this doesn't fix it, in which case I'd suggest uninstalling EAC and verifying the integrity of your files via steam to reinstall it and try this again.
